Did you ever hear of this? The "Madden Curse" it didn't seem to effect Ray Lewis, but some said he was less effective. I remember Marshall Faulk, getting hurt and Mike Vick as well RIGHT after being on the cover of the game. Here is one site that gives you more in-depth coverage of this major Fantasy issue at hand.
