The Eagles' running back also had four receptions for 47 yards and a touchdown. He had been dealing with swelling in his right knee, but returned to practice Saturday and followed with his best performance of the season Sunday. 'I was well rested, fresh, felt good,' Westbrook said.
Advice: Westbrook, who didn't start Sunday, has rushed 44 times for 256 yards and three touchdowns this season. He also has 15 receptions for 164 yards and two TDs. Westbrook showed Sunday why he can be a great fantasy player."
