In the Trenches: Cash and contracts increase draft values: "Contract years."

Fantasy sac says: ( ) The article we have been looking for! This lists important fantasy players that are on a contract year. Very interesting list. Sadly many will be "franchised" next year as well but there are some gems in there to watch.

I had to open it it IE...

Here's a question... we all know LT can put up solid numbers. LT owners in the past know that he can really suck sometimes too (I've seen him traded in the past couple seasons). With that being the case and also knowing that Alexander wants to get paid, and Seatle can't francise him next year. Don't you think that Alexander could/should be the number 1 pick?

Yes and NO, LT is not only the best Running back, he could possibly be the best football player, period the NFL has. He is also one fo the few RB that puts up WR numebrs when it comes to catches, so when San Diego has the running game shut town, LT will catch passes and be just as effective. As for Alexander, he is #2 or 3 (if your a Priest Lover). When would I pick Alexander over LT? If Gates decides to hold out all year or Breeze shoulder is big issue this year and Phillip Rivers is the Starting QB. So basicaly, never.

wow, killer article. very interesting. thanks for the post soos

i tell ya, as far as all out kickin ass, you gotta put jamal lewis up there. he ran for over 2000 yards two years ago and every team stacked the line knowing their qb was crap. that's pretty strong.

hey real, i like firefox for some things too. it seems to stream audio and video real well. safari is killer.

I made the switch from Safari, because I heard that Firefox is supose to handle coding better. Plus we don't have admin control and always have to contact IT dept to update anything. With Firefox I could just drag it to my desktop, to update my plug-ins.

Jamal has been solid the past few years. The only drawback he could have is that he doesn't get many receptions.
