Diary of a fantasy football addict (Fox Sports): "Your brain is a football, your stomach a knot. This is normal when your fantasy football draft is looming. Peter Schrager is just like the millions of you out there in the throes of draft prep, and he takes you inside his twisted mind for one of the biggest days of the year."

Fantasy sac says: ( ) OH MY GOD, this is the truest thing I have ever read. This is all of us, every last one of us. We are all addicts. My favorite party of the article.

Make phone call to a fellow league member and throw out fake information. Example:
You: "Hey Friend."

Friend: Hey ______ (Fill in your name)."

You: "You hear about Randy Moss?"

Friend: "No, what happened with Randy Moss?"

You: "A snow leopard bit him. Might miss the first few games of the season."

Friend: "I guess I'll pass on him in the first round then."

You: "Yes. Yes you should."

This is deceitful. This is wrong. But all is fair in love and war ... and fantasy football

Who has not done this?
Here is the question of the day, What is the most deceitful thing you have done to ruin a friends team. I'll start.
Last year at the track with 2 friends I asked my long time high school friend who he thought was going to have a break out year. Promising him I would not pick up his guy and vice versa, my fingers where crossed. He tells me Javon Walker ( ). DAMNIT I knew it I had this feeling now I knew it was a good pick, I could not wait to draft him. So I gave him my pick, Andre' Davis of the Browns, a local kid, so I knew there might be interest. I said, lying, "Yeah I was reading a article (thats how I start every lie about football) and this guy said he was poised to be the #1 WR on that team and was going to put up Randy Moss numbers" I knew I was going to hell, but I didn't care.
Draft day comes along, and Javon Walker is picked up, by the OTHER GUY WE WERE WITH! He heard the whole conversation and never participated, never said a word, he just smiled. Sadly Andre Davis was never drafted.

Ok who is next?

how about, you know the passwords to enough people in your league so you can log-in under their names and get enough vetos to stop trades...

is that deceitful?

normally I would do anonymous on this but everyone in my league knows so...

Oh I just thought of what others would do in our league last year too.

We had unlimited moves and people would have room or a scrub on their bench, so they would go and grab a couple players off the FA wire and then dump them back into wavers so you couldn't get them before the games that week.
