You are right about Bell not being the man. But is will be Clarett Shanahan knows how to use and abuse his rookie running backs.

Bell is going to be the man, till he gets hurt. The guy showed fantastic running skills when he finally played last year. I believe he would have been the starter at the beginning of last year had he been 100% healthy. He's for real.
