Draft Preview: Bell, Palmer lead list of sleepers: "The right sleepers can turn a mediocre team into a contender, and a good team into a champion. Michael Fabiano offers his list of the top sleeper candidates that owners should target in drafts."
Fantasy sac says: CRACK SMOKER! I love it when writers for large companies put together their "sleeper" picks and just grab guys nobody has EVER heard of just to look like they know more then you. DON'T smoke the crack they are selling. For example this guy thinks Tatum Bell is going have better numbers then Quentin Griffin, who I think will get the starting spot when is fully recovered from a knee injury. This guy also lists Palmer (again!!) Carr and Kyle Boller as some of his "sleepers" Along with Michael Jenkens (WHO!?!?), Greg Lewis (WHO?!?) and my favorite Ben Troupe, Please. Want some sleepers here are mine.
- -Joe Burns RB Buffalo, After Henry goes to Jacksonville McGahee Blows out his knee after the 4th game when Buffalo is forced to use him 30-35 times a game because of their anemic QB.
-Mewelde Moore RB Minnesota, Bennett will not get it done and Moe Williams is not an every game back. Look for Moore to get more carries this year (get it, moore, more?), creating the perfect sleeper after MB looses the starting job after week 5
- Jesse Chatman RB San Diego, Come on Tomlinson can't be THAT durable he has to get hurt sometime!
- Michael Clayton WR Tampa Bay, he was a great Rookie last year and expect his numbers to get even better.
- Tom Crowder WR Dallas, Rookie WR looks to make a big impact with his 6-1 frame.
See how easy it is just to pick some dude out of a lineup. I have no idea if this kid will play and who is going to hold me accountable or this other writer who also has no idea, take note of that.

Tatum Bell is easily a quality sleeper. Shannahan likes his big play ability and Griffin is too small to carry the load for an entire year. Barring injury Bell has first crack at the starting job, they drafted him for a reason....to be a starting runningback.
