Anyhow if you read this blog there is nothing earth shattering, there is a lot of info about Defensive and NON-Fantasy players or what I call "NC-Players, (NOBODY CARES)" Such as Grey Ruegamer and Sam Cowart. Guys that have little total to do with Fantasy (maybe your Defensive team) and are only notable if that if they open huge holes for say, Amman Green or grabbing interceptions or fumbles so Culpepper gets the ball back. All of these moves are important but they way I read an article like this is "Bla Bla Bla Plaxico Burress, Bla Bla Bla Marcus Robinson, Nate Burleson Bla, Edgerrin James" So basically I look for Offensive guys and skim over the Guards and the tackles and those other fat guys.
