Cleveland signs RB Taylor to offer sheet

Buh Bye Green, As Jamal Lewis' backup last season, Taylor ran for 714 yards, two touchdowns. He had 100-yard games three times while starting in Lewis' place. Not a bad pickup for the Browns, there is more upside with Taylor then Suggs, who seems way to inconsistent and not able to carry the load.
